Hairdressing can be a stressful career. It is not an easy job as many may believe. Some people thrive on the pressures and some people cant cut it, no pun intended.
We were able to recognise that being on the salon floor may not be for everyone. Instead of losing a good employee and years of mentoring/training, we changed their roles and pathways.
Now, we have Chantel! The best thing was her promotion into the Salon Co-Ordinator role! Now the salon runs more smoothly and, we have a backup stylist on call for emergencies
